Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and implement strategic policy and procedure in aspect of HR management including manpower planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, documentation, attendance monitoring, organizing training, formulation of policies, office administration, rules and regulation etc
∎ Proactively and accurately maintain all personnel files and maintain database
∎ Check and process monthly TA/DA of employees as per attendance and location tracking
∎ Work in close coordination with the Accounts Department to process payroll accurately and in a timely manner each month
∎ Conduct field and branch office visits as required for HR monitoring, providing HR support and HR training purposes
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
∎ Address employee demands, grievances or other concerns to strengthen management and employee relationships
∎ Assess training needs of employees, plan and implement training programs accordingly
