Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse the designated market and ensure 100% potential outlet coverage
∎ Ensure product availability at all the designated POS of given jurisdiction
∎ Ensure product visibility at all the designated POS of given jurisdiction
∎ Ensure healthy relationship with the key stakeholders – Distributors, Retailers, Health Professionals, Peers
∎ Ensure proper trade communication on time regarding on-going campaign and product selling propositions
∎ Ensure 100% coverage with all related health professionals at the designated jurisdiction
∎ Ensure service excellence to the key contracts on a daily basis to generate optimum productivity
∎ Ensure maximum time of the working days in the field - working with all the designated team members to identify the scopes of improvement and propose necessary measures accordingly
∎ Share daily/weekly/monthly/yearly report to the line manager as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Understanding of customer segmentation
∎ Decision making skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to work in a team environment
