∎ Position-Corporate designation : Officer to Senior Principal Officer
∎ Job Context : We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Branch RM (Retail Business) who has experience in Retail Banking and is capable of achieving Retail Business targets. This candidate should have at least 2 to 5 years of proven experience in the sales of Retail products and relationship management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve retail business targets with major concentration on booking Retail Assets Business
∎ Ensure proactive relationship building/customer contact plans and business pipeline management for both existing and new customers
∎ Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality of service.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, and professional networking.
∎ Visit customers as and when required, after successfully identifying the right segment.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on retail products to prospective clients.
∎ Follow-up with existing and potential customers with new offers and campaigns.
∎ Manage and coordinate Branch Sales Team to meet the business target.
∎ Help and organize business promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.)
∎ Collect market information related to retail products.

∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill. Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and self-starter
