Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bank and Financial Institution, Lease Financing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting projects to see and report on infrastructure facilities, progress of implementation and operational status
∎ Verifying machinery specification and cost to ensure selection of best possible machinery in terms of efficiency, cost, proven technology, balancing etc. Verifying machinery price with prevailing international / local market.
∎ Estimating production capacity of the project in line with machinery specification.
∎ Estimating cost of the project [building, machinery & others] in line with structural design/ drawing, machinery specification etc.
∎ Assessing working capital requirement of a project.
∎ Drawing a disbursement schedule for construction of building and report on visit during construction - to ensure proper utilization of fund.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as: Auto CAD, MS Office, Excel etc.
∎ Should have expertise to run assigned technical job independently.
∎ Need to perform any relevant job as assigned by the Line Manager/ Management.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
