Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor all aspects of factory production activities, ensuring smooth operations.
∎ Develop and implement production plans considering raw material stock.
∎ Track and ensure attendance of all production staff.
∎ Delegate responsibilities to daily labor and ensure task completion.
∎ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
∎ Calculate and analyze production ratios for optimized performance.
∎ Take appropriate steps to meet targets based on production capacity.
∎ Identify and resolve any machinery issues promptly.
∎ Coordinate with operators and technicians for scheduled maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly).
∎ Ensure all machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime.
∎ Sort out any issues that arise, focusing on quality preference.
∎ Arrange and conduct regular safety meetings to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
∎ Ensure the factory floor is properly maintained and housekeeping standards are met.
∎ Manage and control the daily operations of male and female contractual labor.
∎ Train and educate staff on 5S, 7 Wastes, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing principles.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on production progress, challenges, and improvements.
∎ Forward reports to higher management to keep them informed of the project scenario.
∎ Coordinate with various teams, including operators, technicians, and management, to ensure all production processes run smoothly.
