Educational Requirements:
∎ A Graduate with Science / Commerce background from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distribute error-free design/order to producers/ suppliers on time
∎ Maintain the product lead-time considering all the possible challenges
∎ Plan, supervise, and monitor the production process through effective and regular field visit
∎ Ensure the fulfillment of products as per quality benchmark
∎ Guide and take necessary steps to minimize cost and rejection rate of the products
∎ Check the sample, requisition sheet and costing sheet before approval
∎ Prepare weekly production report and share it with the management
∎ Assist to develop the process as per the organizational needs.
∎ Solve quality-related problems by coordinating with concern departments or consult with concern
∎ Guide and motivated the producers, suppliers and weavers
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of work experience in the textile sector
∎ Proficient in MS Office and e-mail communication
∎ Knowledge of yarn, fabric, weaving/knitting, dyeing & finishing process, garments manufacturing process, etc.
