Responsibilities & Context:
Collaborate with the sample, merchandising, and pattern teams to interpret buyer tech packs and ensure accurate product development.
Prepare and analyze garment breakdown, operation bulletins, and SMV calculations.
Assist in pre-production activities by ensuring that patterns, sewing techniques, and machinery align with quality and productivity goals.
Identify potential production bottlenecks early and propose feasible technical solutions.
Participate in product trials, pilot runs, and size set reviews.
Support the sewing line during the style startup and provide real-time technical guidance to line supervisors and quality teams.
Continuously explore and suggest process improvements for cost, quality, and productivity.
Maintain records of sample status, changes, and technical approvals.
