• Analyze current finishing process to identify inefficiencies and develop optimized procedures.
• Utilize industrial engineering tools to improve productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste in packing.
• Proper follow up of shipment as per plan to achieve set packing targets and quick balancing finishing lines.
• Ensure packing methods are aligned with buyer’s requirements and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and other relevant departments to ensure timely completion of finishing process.
• Analyze packing data, including packer efficiency, materials usage, and cycle times.
• Generate performance reports and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure packing standards meet the required specifications.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve any quality issues related to packaging.
• Assist in developing packing budgets and ensure adherence to cost-saving measures to reduce over time, alteration and rejection.
