Job Context:
∎ Location: Jarun, Konabari, Gazipur.
∎ Type of Duty: Shifting .
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize spare parts store to meet requirements of compliance.
∎ Maintain & update spare parts stock in SAP on daily basis.
∎ create requisition keeping 2 months stock in hand for export items & 15 days ago for local items.
∎ Receive the goods once items are in housed from suppliers. lssue dyeing machine spare parts in SAP as per authorized requisition.
∎ Time to time stock update to the senior management to avoid short fall of any spare parts.
∎ Daily supervise all issuing & receiving of spare parts inspecting its quality. Monitor in keeping all records of receiving & delivery through software as per requisition
∎ Create SPR & MRR when required.
∎ Prepare delivery challan
∎ Monitoring of goods and issue materials against approved move order
∎ Keeping update on roan status of any dyeing machine spare parts if required.
∎ Create Sales order, sales bill of wastage items.
∎ stock inventory of spare parts on quarterly basis.
∎ lssue & update items of spare parts store in SAP
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly stock report as per departmental requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have sound experience in general & spare parts store.
∎ Proficiency needed in Software.
∎ Candidate must know about spare parts of dyeing machinery.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a pre-set time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
