Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out the overall production planning of Knitting & Dyeing.
∎ Coordinate daily Knitting & Dyeing planning according to shipment plan & ensure fabrics delivery on time.
∎ Prepared shipment schedule and ensure on time shipment delivery.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning emphasize on cost reduction to increase profitability.
∎ Ensure a quality production with maximum target achievement through perfect production planning.
∎ Prepare TNA.
∎ Must have skill to monitor and evaluate raw materials, man power planning, production recording.
∎ Develop and maintain status of information that provides accurate analysis of raw material, work in process, and unreleased work.
∎ Monitor production process so that buyers requirement is being followed properly.
∎ Develop close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products by optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders.
∎ Report to the authority in details for time to time.
∎ Any Other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working knowledge on software.
∎ Good communication & presentation skills.
∎ Advance knowledge on Microsoft Excel.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure.
∎ Self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
