Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
∎ Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
∎ Work continuously on a task until completion
∎ Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Identifying hardware and software solutions.
∎ Managing multiple cases at one time.
∎ Basic Networking
∎ Wi-Fi Configuration (Access Point)
∎ Network Printer/Local printer connect/sharing
∎ Printer problem/solution (Basic)
∎ Configuring email (outlook/others)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Programming. Being able to program will be a must for those who want to develop software, web applications, and websites.
