Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target of Liability/Deposit by managing a sales team
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with both existing and potential customers.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders (i.e. Liability Operations)
∎ Development, motivation and engagement of team members.
∎ Preparation of Deposit Mobilization report & maintain proper record.
∎ Any other activities as and when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
∎ Relevant experience in managing a sales team of 5-10 persons of Deposit/Liability product in NBFI/Bank.
∎ Target oriented performance output is to be ensured.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Having connections with the different corporate bodies and worthy persons.
∎ Self-starter with drive & initiatives
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and people management skills.
∎ Ability to handle complex situation.
∎ Good negotiation skill and communication skill in English and Bengali.
