Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline, preferably from Business Background with no 3rd class
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic planning Of the SME Business;
∎ Oversee and manage full operations and functions Of SME Business
∎ CMSME product development and Review of existing PPG, Process reengineering etc.
∎ Provide necessary assistance in CMSME loan processing to Branches
∎ Working with a credit risk management expert, support the development of risk management
∎ methodologies, both for initial creditworthiness review and for monitoring of loans. Support the introduction Of scorecards for different loan segments and different processes;
∎ Provide necessary assistance to branch in process Family Empowerment Credit Program (FECP) loans proposals and investigation necessary to determine the degree of lending risk involved FECP;
∎ Channel Finance
∎ a. Process Channel Finance Loans proposals (new, renewal, limit enhancement and others from branch, submitted to CRM;
∎ b. Debtor's (assignment letter collection, account lien etc.)
∎ Monitoring Of EEF project (client visit, arrange board meeting, fund disbursement)
∎ Identify potential customers eligible for Refinance and prefinance
∎ Collection follow-up & Visit and monitoring CMSME business
∎ Prepare and send quarterly, semi-annually, annual and required basis reports to BB and other authorities;
∎ Support and supervise principal branch business and marketing service activity;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience: At least 10 years' of experience in relevant field of which 5 years' experience
∎ in Managerial position in relevant field
