Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process credit proposal of loan applications by scrutinizing all required documents/ information along with analyzing of financial statements, security, personal behavior & credit worthiness of clients and persons behind business;
∎ Visit borrower's business and security and provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk;
∎ Finalizing credit proposals to CC and place credit memo for EC/BoD in line with recommendation of CC and communicate the decisions of the CC/EC/Board to the concerned branches and CAD for doing the needful at their end;
∎ Maintain effective relationship with RMs in the branch level to ensure smooth lending operation to business growth;
∎ Process SOD proposal and communicate different branch regarding renewal of short term loan;
∎ Arrange risk management forum meeting, preparing different reports for internal uses and regulatory bodies;
∎ Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements
∎ Playing an active role in policy and process development on regular basis;
∎ Take up other responsibilities as assigned time to time by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years of relevant experience as Credit Analyst (Corporate, SME, Retail) in Bank/NBFI
∎ Solid grounding in financial statements analysis
∎ Have sound knowledge in financial products and industry with clear understanding of different socio-economic culture and demographic behavior
∎ Possess compliance mind set and innovation focus
∎ Must be proactive and a team player with good interpersonal, multitasking and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to handle complex situation with customer centricity and meeting deadline
∎ Good communication skill in English and Bengali
