Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ Engineering from UGC granted university;
∎ Skills Required: Finance, Structured Finance, Syndicated Loan Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Structured Finance/ Syndication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve business targets in terms of revenue and number of completed syndication deals;
∎ To build a prospective list of clienteles for syndication financing in line with FI's risk appetite and manage competitive local & foreign financing arrangements;
∎ Consult with the potential investors to assess their requirements and objectives and to recommend suitable investment options;
∎ Appraise the investors regarding the risk associated with investment in capital market and recommend and arrange underwriting for risk minimizing;
∎ Meet with the analyst team to discuss and set the alternative investment strategies and implement those strategies to accomplish the financial objectives of the clients;
∎ Monitor and supervise all Investment Banking Activities (Financial Advisory, Fund Raising, Bond Issuance, Initial Public Offering, Rights Issue, Merger & Acquisition, Issue of Preference Share & Ordinary Share etc.) related tasks for different organizations by ensuring end to end process and required compliance within the stipulated time;
∎ Develop and analyze market strategies and position for new investors as per company strategies and operations;
∎ Ensures compliance of regulatory guidelines and internal policies in case of execution of investment decision;
∎ Develop project proposals, concept notes, reports, prepare budgets and milestones for the department and disseminate materials as required;
∎ Ensure prospectuses, offer documents and publications including the updated market information are available to the customers hence assisting them to make a prudent decision on their investment;
∎ To ensure smooth functions of the agency, trust, transaction roles assigned for the department;
∎ To develop new products, process & solutions with a combination of local and foreign structured financing;
