Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to achieve business targets, procures new Cash Management business, take challenges and achieve organizational goals for the Bank.
∎ Reduce the cost of fund of the bank by channeling of low cost deposit through Cash Management services & solutions.
∎ Collect relevant information of the Cash Management/Corporate Liability clients i.e. Corporate Houses, Government Organizations, Financial Institutions etc to develop & provide value added Cash Management solutions and services.
∎ Prepare Cash Management offer letters/proposals/solutions on the basis of gathered information & clients' requirements.
∎ Monitor and visit the customers regularly to increase collection volume and balance of the client's transactional account.
∎ To support SMRs in different works like Cash Management & Investment Solutions and agreement signing process.
∎ Maintain strong relationship and support customers for customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide market feedback to Head of Liability Marketing and Cash Management for development/ modification of services/solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong organizational and management skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Strong problem solving and interpersonal, communication skills (verbal and written), knowledge of MS Office and Lotus Notes.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of banking processes.
