Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 year experience in Internal Control & Compliance Division in any Private Commercial Bank/Non-Bank Financial Institution.
∎ Knowledge of Auditing & Accounting Principles & Standards.
∎ Good knowledge on Policies & Guidelines of Regulatory Bodies.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Willingness to travel at any branch in the country as per decision from the Management.
∎ Able to work under pressure and have positive mind-set.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute internal audits on regular basis as per plan, policy and strategy as approved by the competent authority.
∎ Examination and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control systems of various credit departments.
∎ Fair analytical skill & understanding of all Credit policies & guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Carry out other responsibilities as may be required time to time by the competent authority.
∎ To implement / monitor robust compliance both regulatory & internal control regime across all operational aspects.
∎ Evaluating risk management processes, to ensure the response to any risk is appropriate and conforms to the organizations policies.
