Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and secure potential clients and achieve set targets.
∎ Ensure customer selection as per Banks policy and process.
∎ Maintaining proper database for potential clients.
∎ Ensuring daily visit and follow-up with potential clients, as per own contact and following-up on market opportunities identified by line manager and securing those business opportunities.
∎ Ensure proper filling in application forms and submission to branches.
∎ Update line manager with timely projection and latest status.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationship with both existing and potential customers and provide excellent customer service.
∎ Escalate any client related issues to line manager for prompt customer service.
∎ Need to perform any relevant job as assigned by the Line Manager/ Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of Islami Sariah & Islami Investment modes.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as MS Office, Excel etc.
∎ Should have expertise to run assigned technical job independently.
∎ Need to perform any relevant job as assigned by the Line Manager/ Management.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
