Job Responsibilities:
∎ Security Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic security strategy that aligns with the bank's goals, ensuring the protection of physical assets, information, and personnel.
∎ Personnel Management: Lead and manage the security team, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring a high standard of professionalism and discipline.
∎ Security Protocols: Design, implement, and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks, prevent unauthorized access, and respond effectively to security incidents.
∎ Risk Assessment: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and conduct regular risk assessments to proactively address threats and vulnerabilities.
∎ Crisis Management: Develop and oversee crisis management plans, including emergency response procedures, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
∎ Surveillance Systems: Manage and maintain surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm systems to monitor and protect bank facilities.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure security measures align with overall business operations.
∎ External Partnerships: Establish relationships with law enforcement agencies, security organizations, and industry peers to stay informed about emerging security trends and best practices.
∎ Security Awareness: Conduct security training and awareness programs for bank employees to ensure a culture of security consciousness.
∎ Incident Response: Lead investigations into security breaches, incidents, and violations, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken and lessons learned are applied.
∎ Security Audits: Coordinate and participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Proven experience in security management, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide security personnel.
∎ In-depth knowledge of security technologies, access control systems, surveillance systems, and crisis management.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess security risks and formulate effective solutions.
∎ Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards related to security.
∎ Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
∎ High level of integrity, ethical standards, and professionalism.
∎ Proficiency in using security management software and tools.
