Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Finance/Accounting/Statistics/Economics/Banking Management discipline
∎ Candidates having CA course completed under the reputed CA Firm in Bangladesh will be given preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Risk official is responsible for the identification and mitigation of various risks involved in the banking business. S/he is also responsible for monitoring existing investment lines while giving emphasis on irregularities in operation of the advances.
∎ Assist for preparing, conducting, developing and overseeing Basel III, Stress Testing activity, MRMR, CRMR, ICAAP and disclosures of key performance indicators of the bank via Pillar III of Basel III accords.
∎ Assist to review Risk Management Policies, Management Action Trigger and other Guidelines/manuals time to time.
∎ Assist in preparation of Risk Appetite Statement and Management Action Triggers.
∎ Ensure proper compliance of BB's recommendations regarding risk issues.
∎ Report to regulatory bodies/authorities under BASEL-III and good understanding about BASEL III.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 year(s) working experience in leading commercial Bank and at least 2 year(s) in the field of Risk Management.
∎ Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Smart, Team spirit and well mannered.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and any other analytical tools.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
