Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc /M.Sc in Chemistry from any reputed university
∎ Diploma Engineer in required area will get extra advantage;
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ISO, Product specification of raw material, Production Process, Raw material planning, Research and Development, SOP for Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure raw material quality for smooth production;
∎ Organized direction and guidance to quality team;
∎ Section wise quality report check. If any correction needed do accordingly;
∎ Design develop and approved.
∎ ACCL bag bursting report analysis;
∎ Sample bag analysis, develop and send to Marketing for feedback & approval;
∎ Raw material consumption (BOM) and send to concern department;
∎ Review problem and give guidance to QC team;
∎ Check & ensure customer specification;
∎ Recipe check as per BOM;
∎ To organize training for the development of Manpower skill;
∎ Analysis all bobbin test report;
∎ Maintain all ISO documents
∎ In ever 6 month check Lab equipment internal calibration from BUET;
∎ Plan visit for any assigned task;
∎ Regular E-mail check and reply;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ The candidate should have related Industry experience at least 2 years;
∎ Good knowledge in English speaking, written & presentation skill;
∎ Good Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint , VISIO
∎ Excellent leadership & Team management skill;
∎ Have good knowledge in Production, Store, Maintenance, Procurement & Marketing
