Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and monitor daily, weekly & monthly production as per production schedule.
∎ Responsible for shift scheduling to include workstation assignments, Process employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations for process operator/workmen.
∎ Based on production plan, RM/PM ITR & consumption report submit to Production In-charge.
∎ Monitoring of WIP materials and prepare comparison report with store stock on weekly basis.
∎ Make all the relevant entry in SAP S4 HANA.
∎ Preparation of monthly report and submit to Production Section Head (Examples: RM ITR & consumption Report, Lab test result summary report, Batch summary report and others report as per requirement).
∎ Proper utilization of process/packing manpower and ensure minimum overtime for Process/Packing operation
∎ Strictly monitor Packing operation to reduce rework and losses of PM.
∎ RM/PM store requisition given to store and ensure required stock for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of machinery, equipment & process areas in order to maintain process hygiene.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-4 year(s) relevant role
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):SAP, Reporting & computer literacy (MS Office).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Adhesives Manufacturing, Chemical Industry, Paints, Pharmaceuticals.
