Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation/ MBA in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ LC Generation.
∎ Follow up With Bank.
∎ Follow Up with Insurance Company.
∎ Import Documents Collect/Check and sending to C&F.
∎ Export Documentation.
∎ PO Generation.
∎ Airlines and Hotel Booking including sending the Invitation Letter.
∎ Primary Negotiation with vendor.
∎ Explosive and Narcotics Control Dept. handling getting the import permission and getting the NOC.
∎ Collect Indent / Proforma Invoice & Quotation of different Raw & Packaging materials as per procurement planning and preparation of purchase order & ensure submitting Letter of Credit application to the bank.
∎ Follow-up shipment of importable consignments and track the same thing.
∎ Communication with receiving store and get informed about the latest receive and dispatch status of raw & packaging materials and report to Dept. Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in Relevant Position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG, Paint, Adhesive, Cement Company.
