Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all packing activities in primary and secondary area.
∎ Ensure product is getting manufactured as per guideline with line completion & documentation.
∎ Ensure manpower utilization in area & productivity improvement.
∎ Ensure standard cycle time by reducing wastage & change over time.
∎ Reduction of product complaints & critical incidents.
∎ Confirm material issue & material return with batch confirmation in SAP Hana.
∎ All packing related report like machine wise report, productivity report & production planning report.
∎ Handling all machine trouble shooting.
∎ Handling all departmental training as per SOP in LMS System.
∎ Handling all change control & deviation in Trackwise System.
∎ Preparation of SOP & BPR.
∎ Ensure EHS & GMP compliance in production area
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
Salary: Negotiable
