Permanent Employment

• Microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, hold time samples and stability product.
• All types of microbiological sampling.
• Microbiological analysis of primary packing materials.
• Microbiological and chemical analysis of potable, raw and purified water.
• Preparation of general and volumetric reagents used for water testing.
• Maintenance and calibration of all microbiological related instruments.
• Preparation of trend for purified water, potable water and environmental monitoring.
• Microbiological method validation, cleaning validation, growth promotion test and identification of organisms.
• Handling and maintenance of microbiological cultures.
• Preparation of microbiological media and sterilization. Routine environmental monitoring of Production, Packing, RMS and Microbiological area.
• Operation of Autoclave, DHS, Colony Counter, Microscope, LAF machine, Incubator and Precision Balance.
• Maintain proper documentation. Indenter of glassware, microbiological media and reagents.
• Compressed air test for microbiological purity.
• Any other job assigned by the reporting manager.
