Job Responsibilities:
∎ Microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, hold time samples and stability product.
∎ All types of microbiological sampling.
∎ Microbiological analysis of primary packing materials.
∎ Microbiological and chemical analysis of potable, raw and purified water.
∎ Preparation of general and volumetric reagents used for water testing.
∎ Maintenance and calibration of all microbiological related instruments.
∎ Preparation of trend for purified water, potable water and environmental monitoring.
∎ Microbiological method validation, cleaning validation, growth promotion test and identification of organisms.
∎ Handling and maintenance of microbiological cultures.
∎ Preparation of microbiological media and sterilization.
∎ Routine environmental monitoring of Production, Packing, RMS and Microbiological area.
∎ Operation of Autoclave, DHS, Colony Counter, Microscope, LAF machine, Incubator and Precision Balance.
∎ Maintain proper documentation.
∎ Indenter of glassware, microbiological media and reagents.
∎ Compressed air test for microbiological purity.
∎ Any other job assigned by the reporting manager.
