Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Sub-station (HT, LT, DG set), Solar system, Pumps etc. in plant.
∎ Supervise HVAC System including Chiller, Air Handling Unit (AHU), Dust Collection Unit (DCU), Water System, Boiler, Air Compressors, Condensate Recovery System etc.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, gas, fuel etc.) and measure units of utilities produced, utilized and waste- through monthly reporting.
∎ Ensure efficiency and performance of major utility equipment i.e. Chiller, Boiler, DG set, Air Compressor including monthly reporting.
∎ Prepare and execute regular validation & calibration schedules of all utility system of plant.
∎ Prepare and execute qualification activities i.e. URS, IQ, OQ and PQ for new equipment with the help of cross functional team.
∎ Require engineering related task to complete in SAP HANA system i.e. preventive maintenance scheduling, calibration record, break down management, purchase requisition etc.
∎ Maintain critical spare parts list and sufficient inventory with coordination of store person.
∎ Communicate job status through verbal communications, or through other written communications to the stake holder.
∎ Prepare electrical drawings/layouts of new project/assignment or any correction in existing building through AutoCAD.
∎ Ensure EHS and GMP compliances in all related area.
∎ Any other task assign by the reporting manager.
