Responsibilities & Context:
Permanent Employment
Microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, hold time samples and stability product.
All types of microbiological sampling.
Microbiological analysis of primary packing materials.
Microbiological and chemical analysis of potable, raw and purified water.
Preparation of general and volumetric reagents used for water testing.
Maintenance and calibration of all microbiological related instruments.
Preparation of trend for purified water, potable water and environmental monitoring.
Microbiological method validation, cleaning validation, growth promotion test and identification of organisms.
Handling and maintenance of microbiological cultures.
Preparation of microbiological media and sterilization. Routine environmental monitoring of Production, Packing, RMS and Microbiological area.
Operation of Autoclave, DHS, Colony Counter, Microscope, LAF machine, Incubator and Precision Balance.
Maintain proper documentation. Indenter of glassware, microbiological media and reagents.
Compressed air test for microbiological purity.
Any other job assigned by the reporting manager.
