∎ Expected to work both day and night shifts as and when required.

∎ Productivity Monitoring, Specification Check.
∎ Compare & enhance production.
∎ Compare production according to planning and take countermeasures for deviations, if any.
∎ Process control & floor supervision; Ensuring the smooth running of the workforce & machines.
∎ Ability to work with Hierarchy, Co-workers & Subordinates.
∎ Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance TPM) Methodology.
∎ Increase Monthly Performance Evaluation (MPE) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
