- The candidate must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
- We are looking for a sales professional capable of leading a team.
- Experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales is essential.
- Candidates with a pharmaceutical background will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute overall sales and promotional activities for packaging items.
- Lead the sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Minimize outstanding credit by maintaining control over the credit limit.
- Ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of products.
- Supervise and ensure regular customer visits by the sales team to generate quality orders.
- Work towards the maximum utilization of factory machinery through efficient order planning.
- Prepare and implement a yearly sales forecast and achievement plan.
- Generate and submit weekly sales and marketing reports to the reporting supervisor.
- Monitor competitors' activities and update the supervisor accordingly.
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management as required.
