Experience:

• M.Sc. or MBA in any discipline is preferred; requirement may be relaxed for experienced and highly capable candidates· 

• At least 8 years

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to the manufacturing industry.

• Experience in handling external customer complaints with effective root cause analysis and timely resolution.

• Experience in a renowned foil and label printing company is preferred.

• Oversee and ensure the quality of products throughout foil and label printing operations.

• Assist in managing and monitoring all quality assurance activities to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations.

• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal quality policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements.

• Maintain accurate and detailed quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records, in line with regulatory requirements.

• Knowledgeable in process validation to ensure compliance and control of manufacturing processes.
