Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain party-wise cotton register daily.
∎ Maintain party-wise cotton register daily.
∎ • Maintain Yarn Stock daily.
∎ • Maintain production report shift-wise along with daily manpower, and wastage.
∎ • Maintain the technical status of each machine in terms of their maintenance.
∎ • Visit the production floor frequently to ensure production resources like man, machine, and materials are utilized to the best of their value.
∎ • Set up industry best standards to monitor production performances.
∎ • Establish key performance indicators for the Spinning division.
∎ • Check Yarn count as reported by production.
∎ • Check and confirm mm of cotton.
∎ • Monitor packing material status and follow up for replenishment.
∎ • Monitor Spare parts inventory, validate requisition, and monitor post-purchase performance.
∎ • Perform Ad hoc analysis on the production floor as and when needed.
