∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Project Manager and the team to develop systematic monitoring plans, detail implementation plan (DIP) and provide feedback on implementation strategies and activities for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the project
∎ Conduct surveys, stakeholder consultations, in-­depth interviews, key informant interviews, FGDs and other tools for collecting qualitative and quantitative data. Disseminate monitoring findings with respective staff and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Establish appropriate climate resilient water supply technology based on community needs to provide drinking water during dry season, Establish low cost piped water supply system in selected communities
∎ Implement and participate in project progress evaluation, survey and follow up in order to advise and recommend tools and strategies to increase project performances and results
∎ Reduce surface water contamination through improved environmental sanitation (i.e., drainage, sanitation etc.) to ensure clean water through piped water supply system; Use of renewable power in water supply systems ensured.
∎ Capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on project performance indicators, prepare monthly, quarterly project completion progress reports on UDP’s programmatic activities
∎ Coordinate with field level for MIS data collection and management as well as senior level staff
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the project’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
