Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Material Master Management in ERP system (SAP).
∎ Transfer of one Material to another Material in ERP System.
∎ Maintenance of conversion factor for Base Unit of Measurement in ERP.
∎ Maintenance of Material Master Description for FG, SFG, Raw materials and Accessories.
∎ Material movement management regarding Sub-contracting business in ERP.
∎ Material devaluation for Left Over.
∎ Material Master Segmentation Management.
∎ SAP BOM (Bill of Materials) Maintenance for SD and PP.
∎ Material movement management regarding Job order business in ERP.
∎ Delivery and Billing Management and Account Determination in Billing.
∎ Releasing the PR/PO in ERP after checking approval from Management.
∎ Changes regarding Knit Card and keep the record in ERP.
∎ MIGO of IT MRC Services and Other MIGO in ERP.
∎ Collaborating with SAP Functional team for SD MM & PP and End Users.
∎ Trouble shooting on End Users side on daily activities.
∎ Troubleshooting every day's issues given by end users.
