Job Context:
∎ Must have data strong analytical skill.
∎ Must have to know MS excel function (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Sum, sum if, If function, Match function, Sum product, XLookup, Ratio calculation, count, text etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To gather and compile monthly reports and analyze accordingly,
∎ Maintain stock analysis report.
∎ Optimized data collection procedures and generated reports on a Daily, weekly and monthly.
∎ Structure large data sets to find usable information.
∎ Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information.
∎ Defined and documented system specifications.
∎ Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
∎ Must have to know advanced level of Microsoft Excel function.
∎ To submit the reports as per management requirements,
∎ Any other job assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office (Specially MS Excel & Bangla Typing), MS PowerPoint, Internet Browsing etc.
∎ Should have experience in Business Development/ MIS/ Organization Development.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
∎ Strong Communication Abilities in Bangla & English (Written & Verbal).
∎ To have excellent problem solving skill, learning attitude and quick adaptability.
∎ Knowledge in MIS/ ERP operation, particularly in RMG sector will be preferable.
∎ Great appearance with interpersonal skill and has to be a team player
