∎ Right now, we are looking for an Officer, Merchant Acquiring at shurjoMukhi to provide their sound excellency in distinct responsibility.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Visit to different types of shopping malls, cluster shops, and individual shops to create new merchants and achieve daily targets.
∎ Have to create new merchants by convincing them with sales pitch; provide individual merchants QR and other marketing materials.
∎ Collect Shops Data like Shop Name, Shop Number, Shop Location Etc. by using Apps and On board them.
∎ Collect necessary and required documents from Merchants
∎ Input market scanning data regularly into the CRM to create new leads to the system.
∎ Collect and Prepare daily visited data reports according to visit and update in CRM; for instance, Onboard data, interested and not interested merchant data, etc.
∎ Building and maintaining good relationships with merchants, collecting feedback and also have to manage their account related issues.
∎ Responsible for maximizing the merchant base by acquiring and introducing new merchants.
∎ Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
∎ Have to join in all the refresher training sessions.
∎ Any Other Task assigned by Supervisor.

∎ Age 18 to 32 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Sales Commission - 3,000 (Based on meeting the monthly KPI)
