Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and coordinate outbound logistics operations including order processing, shipment scheduling, and route planning.
Monitor performance of distribution centers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure service levels and cost targets are met.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods in line with customer and company expectations.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams to maintain efficient operations and resolve issues.
Analyze distribution data and generate reports to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement and maintain safety and compliance procedures in line with company and regulatory standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain and logistics processes.
Address delivery-related customer complaints and coordinate resolutions promptly.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics performance reports for management.
