Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: To ensure qualitative cleaning service & beautification of gardening in BRAC Head Office and other establishment under Head Office.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare planning, distribution & implementation of cleaning services.
∎ To supervise cleaning services of outsource cleaners at Head office.
∎ To develop capacity of cleaning workforces .
∎ To receive feedback from Floor Managers and users and re plan for better improvement.
∎ To maintain liaison with Floor Managers & different level of staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
∎ To organize bi- monthly meeting with respective cleaning company.
∎ To maintain register by receiving and checking cleaning materials and equipments.
∎ To make absence list and monthly invoice and submit it to respective authority.
∎ To distribute cleaning materials and equipments as per requirement.
∎ To supervise the beautification of gardening in BRAC Head Office and other establishment under Head Office.

∎ Knowledge on beautification of Gardening at Office premises.
∎ Basic Computer knowledge on MS word & excel

∎ Minimum 3 years' of experience in relevant field.
