Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in relevant discipline and at least 3 years working experience in relevant field or bachelor's degree with 5 years' working experience in relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise data entry operator for timely entry the batch data, assessment, certification and job placement into TMS and keeping databases up to date;
∎ Prepare necessary reports as per management requirements;
∎ Managing database security/integrity and backup procedures;
∎ Provide necessary support to Chief Coordinator and Coordinators through supplying necessary raw and process data;
∎ Ensure proper trainee selection as per guideline of BP;
∎ Ensure job placement of certified graduates;
∎ Conduct career counseling session and arrange job fair (if needed);
∎ Ensure at least 60% for NE and 90% for Up skilling job placement of trainees' enrolling and retention in jobs for at least three months;
∎ Develop dynamic linkages with the Human Resource Department Personnel of the industries and identify job vacancies in industry and preparing trainees for interviews;
∎ Prepare job placement documents as per project requirement; and
∎ Perform any other task required by the Chief Coordinator;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years

Salary: Tk. 53460 (Monthly)
