Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage, control & improve the activity and productivity of IT in RACO in order to provide the best support.
∎ • Maintain all the PC and laptops in full working condition.
∎ • Maintain, configure, service and repair all the hardware, such as PC, Printer, UPS Router, Access point, LAN, etc.
∎ • Provide workable installation and configuration solution of software and hardware for users as per need.
∎ • Ensure secure, including Antivirus solution, and back up of data.
∎ • Provide best support service activities and ensure any IT service requests made by the users are dealt within a structured time frame.
∎ • Ensure inventory of software and hardware for any emergency support and service through coordination with external providers.
∎ • Co-operate, co-ordinate & communicate with cross-functional departments to combine internal forces for success towards IT vision of the organization.
∎ • Interact and train the end users to use company applications, Mail, etc.
∎ • Any other tasks assigned by the management

∎ The job holder requires demonstrating strong solid knowledge of IT related techniques, problem identification, analysis and solution ability, communication, planning, negotiation skill, computer literacy, interpersonal abilities, ability to work under stress and team playing mentality with practical action. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Good understanding of business process, and ability to understand seniors’ direction. Creative and commercially aware. Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365, etc.
