Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has initiative, drive and self motivation to take challenge and work under pressure to deliver high quality results, to build career with us as:
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all IT systems, including computer, Laptop, iPhone/Android Mobile, Printer (Color/Dot/Multifunction), Barcode printer & scanning device, IP-PABX, CCTV, PA System, Attendances & Access control, Video Conferencing, Projector, Scanner, Wi-Fi, Network Switch, Server and other IT assets as per company IT policy.
∎ Sound knowledge in LAN/WAN/WIFI setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure the security of data from internal and external unauthorized access.
∎ Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
∎ Configure Office 365, ERP, Tally, other service software and different type of buyer software to the user PC/ Workstation.
∎ Administer & Manage Active Directory Server, File Server, Web Server, Backup Server and Antivirus Server.
∎ Updating inventory of all hardware, software, networking components and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Perform IT audit and ensure system backup and recovery.
∎ Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support and understand user’s requirement based of their workload.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Smooth communication skill in verbal and written
∎ Expert in PC OS and others Software troubleshooting.
∎ Knowledge in different types of Linux and Windows server environment.
∎ Must need sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, MS Power Point.
∎ Expert in Hardware repairing
∎ Expert in PC, Printer, Scanner troubleshooting
∎ Should have strong knowledge on LAN/MAN/WAN and TCP/IP Network.
∎ Knowledge on application software management over different OS.
∎ Knowledge on Mail, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, FTP, Web server etc.
∎ Knowledge in Cloud based operations and network architectures is a plus
∎ Self driven and hard working.
