Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in CSE (Computer Science & Engineering)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Co-ordinate with existing Software & Hardware vendor for day to day problem notified by the user Department.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Server
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge maintenance LAN & WAN workstation.
∎ To Co-ordinate with existing software vendor for any modification, and development.
∎ Company IT Server operate, maintenance and to ensure the security in all respect.
∎ To Control Company E-mail Account for all employee through Gmail & MS outlook.
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners,
∎ Support Printers, Photocopy machine and other IT assents as per company policy.
∎ Experience of handling & trouble Shooting of PoE Camera, NVR/ DVR, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger, Attendances & Access control Device.
∎ Maintenance of Company date base and ensure the security of data base.
∎ To ensure hardware, software and network, upgrades, installation, changes and re-locations.
∎ Installation & Trouble shooting Hardwar and Network related problems including windows.
∎ Anti-Virus and other software Install and maintenance.
∎ Diagnosis, Troubleshoot & Assemble Computer/Laptop related problems.
∎ You have to Knowledge about Radio/ Fiber Connection.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good understanding of team work and team building.
∎ Candidates having practical knowledge of IT will be given preference.
∎ Problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bangla, verbal and written.
