∎ Troubleshooting, debugging and bug-fixing
∎ Monitoring system performance and providing support
∎ Communicating vendor regarding support and service

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have good exposure on SQL Server, ASP.Net, MVE, Crystal Report, Oracle, etc.
