∎ Bachelor's degree in CSE, ETE, EEE, or a related science field is preferred
∎ 1-2 years of experience in IPTSP industry would be preferred.
∎ Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems for managing and configuring IP telephony servers.
∎ Strong understanding of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
∎ In-depth knowledge of IP Networks, Security, Linux System Administration, and Virtual Machines.
∎ Familiarity with Asterisk Dialplan, E1, PRI, SS7, DTMF, Codec, SIP, RTP, FXO, and FXS.
∎ Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Boot-strap, or any other programming language) is a plus.

∎ • Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IP telephony systems, including IPBX, VoIP infrastructure, and related hardware and software.
∎ • Monitor system performance and fine-tune configurations to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability.
∎ • Manage IP telephony projects, from new system deployments to migrations and integrations with other communication systems.
∎ • Implement robust security measures to protect the IP telephony infrastructure from threats such as unauthorized access and data breaches.
∎ • Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, covering system features, best practices, and troubleshooting.
∎ • Efficiently handle multiple customers’ needs simultaneously, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
