Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain documentation and employee file records.
∎ Ensure regular entry and update employee data in ERP systems.
∎ Coordinate new employee joining formalities.
∎ Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
∎ Assist in payroll management.
∎ Assist Team Leader to design monthly and annual training calendar, budget & follow up.
∎ Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct training and staff development programs and activities aligning with the business priorities and strategic goals.
∎ Communicate and coordinate training programs with internal and external trainers.
∎ Maintain all training records related to training hours, training attendance, training evaluations, etc.
∎ Gather feedback from trainees after each training session and training ROI analysis.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Additional Requirements:
