Experience:
Master’s any discipline /MBA degree in Human Resource Management.
PGD in HRM gets an advantage.
Relevant vocational or associate degrees with strong HR experience may also be considered.
Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance related to floor operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee relations effectively.
Proficient in attendance management, discipline enforcement, and conflict resolution.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Basic proficiency with HRIS systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and attendance tracking tools.
Good organizational and multitasking skills to manage documentation and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling employee information.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a floor-level HR role, HRBP or operations HR.
Disciplinary action & Final settlement, Must have good knowledge labor law & buyer COC.
Prior experience in handling employee attendance, discipline, and floor employee relations is essential.
• Exposure to manufacturing, retail, or production floor environments is highly preferred.
Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) or attendance management software is a plus.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through previous HR roles.
Job Responsibility:
Employee Attendance & Discipline Management
Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and leaves of floor employees.
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain discipline on the floor.
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires on the floor.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company rules and work environment.
Serve as the primary contact between floor employees and HR management.
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.
Coordinate floor-level training programs and refreshers.
Help identify skill gaps and communicate training needs to HR training teams.
Track and report employee performance and productivity metrics.
Assist supervisors in managing performance improvement plans.
Ensure employees follow safety protocols and workplace standards.
Conduct regular floor inspections for compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leaves, warnings, and other HR-related documents.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for HR and management review.
Collect and verify attendance and overtime data for payroll.
Assist payroll department with any employee-related clarifications.
