Responsibilities & Context:

1. Developing, implementing and managing the organization’s Admin, HR & Compliance standard.

2. To take all responsibilities of Admin, HR & Compliance and keep standard workable ratings for all buyers

3. Recruiting and selecting the right and competent manpower for the organization.

4. Ensure minimum workforce level in accordance with orders projection and maintain manpower ratios as per international standards.

5. To be vast knowledgeable regarding HR and details compliance issues as well as buyer’s CoC.

6. Preparing and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the Board/ management.

9.  Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

10. To motivate and aware to the employees for maintaining all kinds of health and personal safety.

11. To conduct training, awareness and award programs for the employees as per company as well as Buyers policy.

12. Ensure the factory is always complying with structural, social, ethical, health and electrical and fire safety requirements of Buyers, third parties as well as concerned bodies related to the business of the company and maintaining good communication.

13. To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory and initiate the solve it according to Labor Law, Factory Rules  and buyers CoC & other national & international legal instruments.

16. Maintain every compliance mechanism/tools internally; through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly comparative statistical report & tools.

19. Review and update all legal documents/certificate/license time to time by communicating with the specific authorities.

20. ⁠To play an important role to reduce factory expenses gradually by keeping usage of different items at a minimum level other than raw materials.

20. To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
