Experience:

• 10 to 12 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• 10 to 12 years

• Age 35 to 45 years

• The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s) Multinational companies, Knit garments.
• Strong command of English and Bangla, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.

• The candidate must have experience in managing Knit Outerwear like Full Zip Hoodie Jacket, Half Zip High neck Polo shirt, Sweat Shirt, Polo Shirt, Jump Suit, Active Wear, Sports Wear, Sport Bra, Padded Bra, Boxer, Thongs, and String.

• The successful candidate should have experience in Product Construction and be able to Interpret Process simplification, Method improvement.

• Should have vast knowledge on operating all types of sewing machines.

• Take preparation for line process feeding & ensure all required machines presetting before layout start.

• Good knowledge on QCO (Quick Change Over), Line feeding preparation of all types of patterns, Machine pre adjustment.

• Confirmed the Zero feeding every process & work station.

• Must confirmed first two days production with learning curve.

• Ensuring all process quality & productivity at line feeding time.

• Must have sound knowledge on new process innovation, method improvement, High tech machines.

• Provide direction and technical expertise to the Pattern cutters and sewing operators during fitting and sealing when required.

• Take accountability for layout delay from sewing technicians.

• Ensure technicians KPI & performance on the basis of line feeding time & RFT.
