• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion

• Age 30 to 35 years

• The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s) Multinational companies, 100% Knit garments.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.

• Strong command of English and Bangla, both written and spoken.

• Candidate must have expertized on Knit Outerwear like Full Zip Hoodie Jacket, Half Zip High neck Polo shirt, Sweat Shirt, Polo Shirt, Jump Suit.

• Analysis monthly plan & take preparation for next style layout.

• Monitoring line production & efficiency every hour.

• Make operation bulletin as per style construction & sewing thread consumption.

• Take preparation for line process feeding & ensure all required machines presetting before layout start.

• Good knowledge on QCO (Quick Change Over), Line feeding preparation by Machine Presetting preparation with technicians & mechanic.

• Confirmed the Zero feeding every process & work station.

• Line balancing every day morning & ensure maximum target of the lines.

• Bottle neck solution & method improvement every month.

• Must have sound knowledge on new process innovation, method improvement, High tech machines.

• After three days of layout feeding make line capacity graph & work load properly allocation.

• Salary Review: Yearly
