Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have Graduation/ Post Graduation in HRM/ Management/ Public Administration with minimum GPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations in reputed university/ institutions

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source potential talents from possible channels as per enterprises/support functions requirement
∎ Working closely with various departments/ Programs of BRAC, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
∎ Prepare advertisement for the vacant position, and circulate it in different media (e.g. Newspaper JOB portals, social media, notice board)
∎ Conducting recruitment events, screening & find out quality CVs as per requisition, communicating with shortlisted candidates & coordinating interview board
∎ Conduct aptitude test, initial interviews, support in assessment center and other tools to bring out the best candidates
∎ Ensure proper process of deployment, joining and appointment related tasks, pre and post- employment reference check, record keeping of all recruitment related document and preserve for reporting
∎ Maintain liaison with various universities, training institutes, head hunters and online job portals and support employer branding related tasks
∎ Collect profiles for CV bank based on identified critical positions and industry or competitor mapping. Manage and preserve hard copy CVs for volume recruitments
∎ Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas and ensure its compliance
∎ Coordinate and organize field based recruitment and selection process
∎ Participate and organize of different training, meeting and forum in the enterprises
∎ Ensure, coordinate and facilitate the on boarding of new staff
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any report able incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Do other duties as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge on basic HR activities and experience in related business sector will be given preference
∎ Organizational skills and ability to understand detail information
∎ Must have sound interpersonal and negotiation skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels and help everyone cope with organizational changes
∎ Must have good communication skill both in Bengali and English
∎ Competencies on problem solving and decision making
∎ Must have excellent analytical ability & basic knowledge on computer specially MS Office application
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and must be a team player.
